1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about your visit (preferences, logged-in session, settings) and to improve your experience on future visits.
Similar technologies include LocalStorage, SessionStorage and IndexedDB, which serve similar functions. This Policy applies to all of these technologies.

NIMBOO VISUAL INTERNATIONAL S.A.S. DE C.V. (doing business as Nimboo) is responsible for the use of cookies on the Nimboo SalesKit platform (saleskit.nimboo.com.mx and its subdomains).
3. Types of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
Essential for the operation of the site. They do not require the user's consent because they are technically necessary.

3.3 Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 is used to measure the use of the site's public pages: the home page, the pricing page, the demo booking page, the calculator and the legal pages. It serves to know how many people arrive, from where and what they look at.
These cookies are not activated until you accept them in the banner. If you choose «Necessary only», the measurement tag is not loaded.

3.4 Advertising cookies
Nimboo does not install advertising cookies on this site.
A separate case: the lead capture pages that each client publishes from the Platform (addresses beginning with /l/) may carry the Meta pixel or the Google tag of that company, configured by it to measure its own campaigns. On those pages the data controller is the real estate company that publishes them, and its privacy notice governs, not this one.
4. How to manage your preferences
4.1 From the Platform
The first time you visit a public page, a banner is shown with two options:
- Necessary only — audience measurement is not loaded. Strictly necessary cookies keep working, because without them there is no session.
- Accept cookies — Google Analytics is activated on the public pages.
Until you choose, nothing is loaded. Your answer is saved in the browser's local storage —not in a cookie— and you can change it whenever you wish:

Most browsers allow you to:
- Block all cookies
- Delete existing cookies
- Receive a notification when a cookie is about to be installed

5. Third-party cookies
Some services we use (Firebase, Stripe) may install their own cookies. These cookies are governed by the privacy policies of those providers:

6. Local storage (LocalStorage)
In addition to cookies, the Platform uses the browser's LocalStorage to:
- Remember visual preferences (theme, compact mode)
- Cache non-sensitive data to improve performance
- Save temporary progress on forms
LocalStorage is not automatically sent to the server. You can delete it from your browser settings.
7. Personal data collected through cookies
Cookies on their own do not personally identify the user. However, combined with other data they may be linked to your account.

8. Amendments to this Policy
Nimboo may amend this Policy. Amendments will be published at saleskit.nimboo.com.mx/legal/cookies indicating the date of last update.
When the changes are substantial, the consent banner will be shown again.
